WHAT WILL MY CHILD LEARN
Our Tots and 3-year-old program focus on helping children learn to separate from their parents and grow comfortable in a school setting. In the safe relationships with the teachers, the children feel free to explore the many activities set out in our inviting classroom.
Through the curriculum, teachers introduce children to basic cognitive skills and emphasize communication skills, encouraging children to use words to share their thoughts and ask for what they want and need.
Each school day's format includes free choice, large group circle time, small group time, and outside play on our enclosed and expansive playground.
The curriculum for all our classes includes activities centered on math, science, music, art, oral language skills, social skills, and large and small motor skill development. Dramatic play is also included.
Additionally, we provide opportunities for spiritual development. Children will learn simple Bible stories, songs, and truths about God’s love and kindness.
Every other week, each room's activities are changed, providing a rich and engaging learning environment that continually holds the children's interest.
